Governors will:

Adopt commissioning from eternal ascendants who may need our help in alternative universes gone awry.

• Most of these in the beginning may be scrimmage I'm not sure what to expect.

From there, local governance will handle direct communication with the commissioning agency.

Prior to the governor contract signing, this will be the only place that we are broadband gifting pure love to above.

 

In 25 years, after our civilization is accustomed to universe travel, and plenty of practice, etc.

 

At the site of a remote location a test will be preformed to a building set where world leaders can donate pure love with a large amount going up.
