I want our sport infrastructure to be all inclusive, with academics inventing unique sport with any challenges they may think of.

Team sporting is obvious.

Athletic missioning can join in with custom tech, or pre ordained tech, academic sporting league, 

May call out an obstacle, or challenge, to a prepared team, and  have themselves decide what may be needed.
