Basically all kids need freedom at age 15 mandatory and they better behave.
In diverse areas if you hold an us vs them mentality that's ridiculously immoral. Just be good to each other.
People should never feel guilty if they have a girlfriend or boyfriend of a different race.

A lot of people do this, and it is only natural to want something different in a relationship, and racially mixed couples sometimes feel uncomfortable during the switch, and interracial couples should never feel bad about wanting a sense of likeness in their lives.
Lemurian Safehavens and other formal openings for new communities, for the peoples lives who have already been affected positively by diversity, even as large as school districts, or apartment complexs, etc.
