Picture caption: I am happy to bring this to our world, please remember the number one rule about this aspect: mostly normal at home. (Even if you earned gear abroad or are highly trained, civilian life is civilian life absolutely no chemical practice.)
While professional ethereal practices will be open (Olympic games), experimentation and sale should be considered highly illegal prior to 25 years of age until further consideration. Personal Universe granted at 21. Public universe open. A specific region below designated by the state as the experimental site, where a vacant city will be used as common grounds for this type of interaction.
Tons of non-contact applications and low-intensity applications: All academic sport should stop at hockey-level confrontation at maximum.
[Note- any superconscious chemical alteration(spike) taking place on-plane if not in a field contained demolition or construction site or sporting arena or *other universe* city containment site* will be alerted to the police carrying serious consequences. This is not cat and mouse, this is respect. This firmirment detection can easily relay to a computer screen by any authority. Please keep it in other universe area unless sponsored event]
OTD synthetic agents can be immediately deployed on spikes on plane in effort to remain mostly normal.
Overview
Our real-time map with trusted location technology ensures that nobody is ever being watched or tracked, but we can definitely know if there's a line or not at this location.
Our real-time bulletin board lets people anonymously, at any public hangout, of any ongoing thing that's going on if a large concentration of people are there.
Business owners can add a company location diffusion widget for their workers so that doesn't get mixed up with crowd populace.
Freedom state is completely free.
You know what you're getting.
This is an artificial stable realm
This realm can be brought up and into our world for in-world excursions.
It's a force field, and it's more than that.
Just like missionmakers, each player will have an entrypoint double doorway room surrounding the base of the realm.
Make it down there,
It's 100% safe down there, but if controlled by the state..
Same plane-transfer needs to have a directline to the OTD startpoint room to the entry chair
P.S. Universe and light technology can not "fault", like electric faults or power outages today,
